Shipping

Our global partnerships enable us to ship orders worldwide.

All orders are allotted 1-3 business days for processing,including those with expedited shipping. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.Please check the Shipping Information for more details.

We generally update order information 2-3 days after you place your order. We will send an email to the email address you purchased the product from with the shipping number. lf you would like shipping tracking details, please enter your shipping number on the tracking order page.

If you have not received your delivered order or if your order was lost in transit.
please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Return & Exchange

If you want to return pro first contact our customer service, please read our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

If the PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. And then send an email message to us with your order number for a refund. We will return the money to your old PayPal account within 3 business days.

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Should you choose to return an item you paid to ship VIA expedited shipping, your shipping charge will NOT be refunded with your return. This charge is paid to our shipping carrier to ensure you receive your item in the allotted time frame selected at checkout.

If you live in an apartment please be sure to fill in your apartment number so that you can receive your shoes, otherwise we will have difficulty delivering them.

Orders

Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your StarrySlay account.If you don't have an account then you can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.

Generally, you can cancel your order after you place it but before it is shipped. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department.
