Return & Exchange Policy

At StarrySlay, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns Policy

Conditions:

  • Fulfilled orders cannot be canceled.
  • Warranty period is 30 days from the date of product shipment as per tracking information. Please contact us within 30 days if you need to return the product.
  • Returned items must be in unused condition and with the original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have been opened or used.
  • Secondary returns are not accepted.
  • Return shipping fees due to subjective reasons such as dislike or delay are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure you provide the correct order number. Customers are responsible for any consequences resulting from providing an incorrect order number.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To Initiate a Return, Please Follow These Steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at support@starryslay.com.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Include photos of the product to ensure it has not been opened or used.
  4. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  5. Return the product to the return address provided by our staff.

Please note: Do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@starryslay.com.

Sale Items (If Applicable):

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@starryslay.com.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping:

  • To return your product, please email support@starryslay.com.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Changing or Canceling Orders:

  • For any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us at support@starryslay.com. Requests to change or cancel an order after the scheduled shipping date or later will not be accepted.
