Shipping Information

Our global partnerships enable us to ship orders worldwide. Below are the estimated delivery times and costs:

Free shipping on all products site-wide. Processing time is 1-3 days. Shipping time is usually 7-15 days, but if you choose expedited shipping, the shipping time is approximately 6-10 days. The actual delivery time is subject to the logistics carrier.

NOTES:

  1. After your order is paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process it. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  2. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time. However, actual delivery dates can be affected by factors like flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

  3. If your package has not been delivered, or the tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other product and logistics related issues, please contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Tracking Your Package

Tracking information is provided for all orders. You can visit the TRACK ORDER page on our website to follow your order's journey. Transit time begins the day after your order has been shipped, and you will be able to monitor your package throughout its journey with the shipment confirmation provided. If you experience any issues with the carrier delivering your package, feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance regarding which carrier is delivering your package, please refer to your shipping confirmation email.

We will not be held responsible for orders marked as "DELIVERED".

  2. Please make arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.
